The natural park of Pietraporciana

From Villa la Foce we take the road running through the woods, with Monte Amiata always in sight, pass through the small hamlet of Castiglioncello del Trinoro with its spectacular view over the valley and then head towards the highest point of the Nature Reserve where one can admire a stunning view of the Val d’Orcia and the Val di Chiana. We then walk down through the beech forest, passing by the visitors’ centre and make our way back along the path running through the woods.
